Policies

My policies are in effect to ensure i can maintain my company and continue to provide an outstanding service to you and all other clients.

I will require a 48-hour notice on any cancellation. I understand things come up and am willing to be flexible. After 2 cancellations in a 3-month period, I will require a payment of 20% of your normal clean. 

After 4 cancellations in a 6-month period, your time slot will be up for review of termination. 

Any clean that results in 15 minutes or longer of being locked out will result in a fee of 20% of your normal clean rate.

If you would like to reschedule, I would be happy to accommodate according to my schedule. If 3 or more reschedules are requested in a 6-month period, there will be a charge of 50% of your normal clean.

Payment for all cleans will be required at the beginning of the clean. After 2 missed payments, cleaning will be paused, and time slot will be under review.

REFERRAL PROGRAM ----I OFFER $20 OFF YOUR NEXT CLEAN FOR EVERY REFERRAL OF A RECURRING CLEAN SCHEDULED. $30 OFF FOR EVERY REFERRAL OF A ONE TIME OR A DEEP CLEAN SCHEDULED. 

If you have any concerns with your clean within the first 24 hours of the clean, I will do my best to come back as soon as possible to fix whatever concerns you have.
